My coaching work is designed to help women with ADHD turn insight into real, lasting change. Understanding your ADHD is an important first step, but many women also need structure, accountability, and compassionate guidance to put new ideas into practice.
That’s where coaching comes in.
In our work together, we focus on the challenges that show up most often in daily life—things like organization, time management, overwhelm, emotional regulation, and self-doubt. Together we explore what’s getting in the way and develop strategies that work with your ADHD brain, not against it.
Coaching is a collaborative process. My role is to support you, encourage you, and help you stay focused on the changes that matter most to you.
Over time, many women begin to notice something powerful: they feel more confident, more capable, and more at ease with themselves.
