ADHD Retreats for Women: Space to Slow Down and Reconnect

My ADDiva retreats are designed to give women with ADHD something many of us rarely allow ourselves: time and space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with who we really are.

These retreats are small, intimate gatherings where we step away from the noise of daily life and focus on what truly matters. Through guided conversations, reflection, laughter, and shared experiences, we create a supportive environment where you can explore your ADHD with compassion instead of criticism.

Many women spend years coping, compensating, and pushing themselves to keep up. A retreat is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and remember that you are more than your to-do list or your struggles.

Together we explore what it means to live with ADHD in a way that honors your strengths, your sensitivity, and your unique way of moving through the world.
