Hello kitchen; where have you been for the last 10 years?

fish tacos, cooking and meal planning when you're a mom with ADHD

‘m kidding, of course. I’ve been in my kitchen daily, but I haven’t been using it to its fullest potential.

So I’m happy to finally break out the pots and pans and cook something! Something usually delicious and unusual (for me at least). What’s the secret? I signed up for one of those mail order meal plans.

Banish blue light and get to sleep!

I rediscovered a marvelous, free download that automatically dims the glare on my screen according to the time of day at my office. Unfortunately, our brains can’t tell the difference between the artificial computer-generated blue-spectrum light and morning light, so it signals our brain to stay awake

“Tiles” may eliminate ADHD frenzy

“Tiles” is a soon-to-be-released product with an accompanying app that keeps track of your stuff so you can find it easily and quickly using GPS and bluetooth technology. Yep. You attach a 1″x1″ Tile to your keys, your laptop, your purse, your bike … and if you lose any “tiled” items, you can find it using the Tiles app on your iPhone or iPad (yes it only works with iOS right now).

All I can say is: IT”S ABOUT TIME SOMEONE FIGURED THIS OUT!

Does your iPad need the protection of an iMaxi with wings?

The Slate has morphed into the iPad. The iPad has been released for pre-order (yes, I did order one…my birthday present to me). And now the iMaxi with wings has been created to protect the iPad like, well, a soft pad.

This one is kinda gross, kinda funny. The alternate one (with a blood red lining)

Twitter this tee re ADHD

A social media T-shirt that’s a Venn diagram that intersects ADHD, Stalking and Narcissism. Not a nice combo but it’s pretty funny (although this was the first I’d heard of Twitterstalk.com)

I might have to own one of these actually….
