We ADHD types get a lot of thoughts reeling around in our beautiful brains. To make room for even MORE creative ideas, we need to offload the current batch – a brain dump, if you will.
Too often, we “brain dump” on back of envelopes or on dozens of sticky notes or even on the bathroom mirror (think dry-erase markers). But then our thoughts are just as jumbled as they were in our head; and will we EVER find them again? Here are three essential steps to make sure not only does your brain get decluttered but there is a plan to FIND and USE those precious thoughts when you need them.
