There is no question exercise and sports can offer physical, psychological, social, and cognitive benefits to those with ADHD. In this presentation Jeff Copper, founder of DIG Coaching Practice, will talk about why exercise and sports should be prescribed as part of all ADHD treatment programs.
He’ll share insights around why so many with ADHD struggle to exercise regularly and why many shy away from sports. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of the challenges they have faced in the past and specific strategies to look for when engaging in sports or physical activity in the future.
