I was sifting through my blog posts this morning to readjust the tags and do a little blog housekeeping when I found several entries that were marked “Draft.” That means I created the post but haven’t finished it, so it sits there, unpublished, until I get back to it. Sometimes I start another post that is better than the first so I delete the first one.
One of these “draft” posts was marked “completion.”
Guess what?
There was nothing in it! Not complete. Not even begun.
I deleted it. Ah, ADD!
The original ADDiva is an ADDiva original. It's good to be different - sometimes.
You go, girl! I’ve found “draft” posts that I rewrote entirely, not remembering that I’d already written them and just needed to tidy up a bit… But a post on completion with nothing in it — It’s ADD in a nutshell. lovelovelove
Oh boy, yes, the draft emails and blog posts. Not to mention the time I decided to start using the “Tasks” function in my email. Every now and again I open the Tasks folder by accident and CRINGE at the stuff I was suppose to have done, four years ago, and I knew I never got to it, and it is completely irrelevant now, but I still haven’t deleted it. ‘Cause, you know, there’s other stuff to do… and I’ll have to go through them really carefully, in case they are still doable, and and and oh wait new email bye.
Im right with ya. I was wondering why a friend had not replied to my email. Found it in the Draft’s. Who did that 🙂
Thanks so much for stopping by my ADHD & LD Resource Blog and for the nice comment. I’m loving your website… so bright, cheery and fun to look at. Please stop back by and visit me any time. 🙂
